We’re searching for a strong Leading Hand Carpenter/Site Supervisor who can own outcomes on site, guide others, and help drive the next stage of Skinner’s growth.
About the role
You’ll be hands-on across premium renovations and outdoor living projects, leading small teams and ensuring every job is delivered to a high standard. You’ll work closely with our Site Supervisor and take charge when they’re not on site.
What we’re looking for
Cert III in Carpentry
White Card
EWP licence (optional)
Strong, relevant on-site experience
Confident coordinating trades and guiding team members
Ability to understand the expected end result of a job and execute the process to achieve it
Comfortable communicating with clients — professional, clear, and optimistic
Consistent updates to supervisors and ability to keep a job moving
Reliable, steady, and trustworthy under pressure
